Fascial Blade

Treatment

Fascial Blade

A fascial blade (IATSM - Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) is a blunt tool used by manual therapists to help keep layers of tissue in your body moving. Fascia is a connective tissue within the body that is supposed to slide and allow movement between muscle groups. Sometimes it can get ‘stuck’, and use of a fascial blade by a trained practitioner is a quick and effective way of separating those layers.

Helps improve blood flow and lymphatic drainage, reduces pain, and improves mobility. It can cause redness around the area after use.

Shoulder Treatment

As a fellow osteopath I can't recommend Niall enough. He is very knowledgeable in anatomy and will always tailor his treatment plans to match his patients needs. I receive treatment from Niall regularly as I always does me good. I'd highly recommend you consider him if you have any aches or pains.
